Please provide a link supporting that statement. I see tons of those folks renting places to stay here, moving their families here to be with them, buying merchandise at our local stores and supermarkets, and even attending our sporting events, especially now that we play teams from the areas where many of them originate. Many are sending their kids to school here and participating in local activities like veterans events. Nearly all major corporations are "out of state". That does not mean their investment, or that of the folks who work for them are bad things. This is not the old Rockefeller mine exploitations of the 1930s here, and what you typed is filled with bombast and unsubstantuated inuendo. Where is your evidence that they "take their money back home to texas with them"?

My evidence comes from knowing people in both the directional drilling and extraction industries in both WV and pa. I swear,I could argue that Obama was the worst president in history and you would still take the opposing view just because I said it.

This has nothing to do with politics. You made a statement that I for one do not agree with. I am asking you to provide proof of your allegation. I believe it to be largely false.
