Nice addition to that stretch of road. It will be interesting to see what goes in the office buildings. There is a push to get more development on the West side of the Mon River. I would imagine there will be more developments there, small and large, in the coming years.
I was up at UTC today and saw a "Coming Soon Five Below" sign where the construction is taking place beside Ashley Furniture. That will be a nice alternative to dollar tree.

I have been told that the bowling alley has been sold and may shut down and be part of this new development as well . Futher investigation is needed . Any word ?
If so, it would likely be a later stage of development, as the developer has a cartoon mock-up of the site that pretty much only includes the old CTL building and the pads that they've already prepped. I know the bowling alley owner, and this move would make sense for her and her kids as she is quite advanced in age (props to her for going to work every night at her age, at least until recently).
Are you referring to the AbilityOne investigation?
Yeah.....I've always had mixed feelings over Goodwill. I prefer to donate to the Salvation Army or give the stuff to someone at the local flea market.
