Just do the right thing and close it. They should be able to get it done in half the time if they just close the hill. Detour people through Sabraton

Default New exit

I was out at UTC today and when I left and headed south on 79 I noticed the new exit sign was uncovered although the exit is not yet open. A little dangerous I would think, especially with all the newcomers in town this week. I seem to remember hearing that the exit is supposed to be open this month. Has anyone heard a date?

It was supposed to be open next week but the last I heard it has been pushed to the first week of September -- not because it isn't ready, but because of politician availability.

This is correct, which is beyond strange since almost the entire cost is being paid for with local funds.

I really want to know when they are going to work on 119 from Ramada to the New Sheetz.

That road and bridge is absolutely deplorable. I partially think they aren't fixing it because it is slowing everyone down for the folks going south on 119 coming off of I-68...I'm actually going to take some pictures and video at some point.

Yea, thats one of the reasons we dont shop at that Walmart anymore even though its closer, that and the UTC Walmart is just flat out better anyway lol, and just cause of everything else the UTC has to offer....

A third of the time even. I'd much rather have fewer weeks of terrible traffic than many weeks of only slightly less terrible traffic.

I love drone videos. Thanks for sharing. The last date I saw was 8/22, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was pushed back.
