Does anyone have any idea where I could look for a Private Mortgage in Fl. Looking to Purchase a Home and cant qualify with a Bank. I have a 4 year old Chapter 7 and about 90K Combined income. Currently living in a Leased home at 1000 a Month. Any advice is appreciated.

conventional financing only requires a ch. 7 to be discharged for 4 years...FHA financing only needs the ch. 7 to be discharged 2 years.

Have you looked into traditional financing yet?

Yes we have tried that and with much success unless we want to pay exceptionally high interest rates I am only looking for about 75K and would like no more than a 15 year term and no prepayment penalty. Our Household income is approximately 110K Combined.
