Just wanted to let everyone know I closed on my first home at the age of 26. Brand new 1600 square feet 3 bedroom 2 and half bath with two car garage. This was a usda loan in Ohio that took about 65 total days for the process locked in usda rate at 3.375. Thanks for all the help I didnt post much but a read alot I mean lot on here so thanks again and good luck to everyone else waiting to close

Yes... congratulations!! We closed our USDA loan the last week of August. After reading so many posts of it taking some folks weeks and weeks... ours was relatively easy. From offer acceptance to closing was a total of only 45 days. I said it before, but so much has to do with your LO and if you are completely honest with them.

Again, congratulations.. and great work purchasing hour first home so young in life!!

Congrats to you as well. I freaked out the whole time and worried but everything did go really smooth. I had a great agent that stayed on everyone to which helps
