Hi I need serious advice. I went to look at mobile homes and found a perfect one for my family of 3. I am currently a wearhouse manager and I make 3,000 salery. I bought a used dealer car and owe $8,000 and have a opened credit card of 2,200. I have very good credit (700+) and pay low payments on everything. I want advice in should I get the home for my family since right now we live in a garage. The home is 65,000. Yet again I pay $220 for car. $130 car insurance since I own two cars. And $30 on credit card. Plus $70 cell phone. Plus $25 of my wife's credit card she has. She doesn't work. That's all I have of payments. The rent space is $800 with all bills included. Can I afford it I need help in should I get it please help.

What city/state are you in? You are most likely eligible for state and federal aid. If your payment on the mobile home and land rend is less than the $800 you are paying, yes, you should try. But you need to see what assistance you are eligible for.

If this is a real post you should look at other options besides buying a $65,000 mobile home. Doing so will likely keep you poor, especially if you'll be paying lot rent. Also, pay off your credit cards. You should pay them off entirely each month. If you can't do that, you should cut up your credit cards.

EDIT: If "rent space is $800" refers to the lot rent, absolutely do NOT buy the mobile home!
