1. if i buy a house and it closes today, can i go ahead and apply and get a home equity loan tmr? or is there a waiting period?

2. tax deduction - is all the information here correct and up to date? https://www.libertytax.com/tax-resou...ax-deductions/
i can only deduct first 100k and only first 2 homes?
