I have Wells Fargo for my mortgage of 3 years, the broker I had was wonderful helping me secure a loan as a first time home buyer, I am now refinancing that same loan for 15 years instead of 30 and have so far, knock wood, had no problems.

I don't like "any" branch of Wells Fargo. I've had nothing but trouble with them on every level, from bankin accounts to a mortgage company.

When Wells Fargo bought our mortgage, we refied to get away from them.

My son is a mortgage broker...he says the same thing, they're impossible to work with.

Wow ... my mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo also but, I'm not sure I'd spend thousands in refi fees just to change banks.

You must have had a really bad experience.

So funny desert....ha ha.

In my many years of experience in customer service, the customers with the most complaints, problems and are the most pi**** off are the customers that the business would most like to get rid of anyway as their business is not worth the trouble.
