No matter what they say on Love It Or List It, if you calculate 50% average return on kitchen, bath remodeling, assuming a stable to increasing market. Some "updates" just amount to repairs and you won't see any return.

If you have any questions, just ask your agent who sold you your home to give you a CMA of closed sales. That will help you.

No agent was used when we purchased. We decided to wait til cooler temperatures, it's been already in the 90's here. It's going to be a wickedly hot summer.
