Yeah I looked around a couple times as well and while mortgage companies keep claiming how low things are, no one actually is offering rates that low, even with credit scores in the 800s and 15 or shorter year terms.

I just closed/was funded 2.75%/2.803% APR. 30 year VA refinance No points, just the VA refinance fee. 0 out of pocket
