I was wondering what will happen if people had their mortgage assigned to another lender after a person already has 2 lis pendens in their name and don't have a job.....will the new lender have to start over the process or can the foreclosure procedure just go on?

you should ask an attorney that is a legal question not a mortgage question.

Brokerdave,
People post questions on this forum in lieu of, or in addition to, seeking legal advice. This is a site of opinions, similar to the water cooler at work. All replies that say seek the advice of an attorney are pointless. And how is a question about a mortgage not a mortgage question? There is no differentiation between mortgages pre and post closing in this forum.

I think Bentlbee has an interesting question, and I'd like to know what others "opinions" are.

me too and i'm not going to ask legal advise...since I'm just wondering what will happen in a case like this since I see this over and over in my neighborhood when you pull up the clerks website.....and I don't take anything on this forum as official legal advise, just advise and good opinions.
