what rate do they charge you for a new MOrtgage...If you had a 300k mortgage what would the price be............i am refinancing and i want too make sure they are not trying to charge me for the full Title ins again. also do you know what they should charge me on a refi....I hear it is any where from 50-70% cheaper thanks
