or have any experience with NACA (Neighboorhood Assistance Corporation of America) in regards to obtaining a mortage. Their rates 4.375% seem real good.
I was hoping to see if I can get some feedback on this.

Perform a search on NACA under the search tab. Plenty of info out there.

DON"T DO IT! I attended a NACA Home Save event and I haven't heard from or rec'd any help from anyone at NACA. Now my lender is trying to force me to sign some paperwork that will increase the prinicple on my house which I already owe 30K more than what it worth! NACA has been an extreme disappointment!

Sorry to hear that. The major issue with NACA is, they have this GREAT product, but not enough staff. I'm currently going through home purchase and pretty much had to ride up to the office to get things done. It takes a LOT of patience... and a LOT of time.

it takes a lot of patience. i was checking status everyday online the first month, but now i gave up. I m just going to wait for the counselor to call me.
