My husband and I are desparately trying to buy a house. We are renting, and have to be out of here soon. We found the perfect house, but it needs a bit of work. I have learned about the 203K streamline loan, and it sounds perfect for us. Unfortunately the lender I was refered to doesn't do it. How do I find one that will? Do I just randomly start calling lenders? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Sorry, that should be South EasT PA.

Go to the FHA website and search for 203K lenders.

Here is a link to the PA lender list.
