have bad credit but never missed or was late with payment on mtge.....any companies that will refinance just on that?

All mortgage companies will look at your entire credit history, as well as your score. If you have multiple late payments and a poor credit score, even if you have been on time with your mortgage payment, chances are you will not qualify for a refinance.

What is your score?. If under 680 forget it because they will either deny you or offer you much higher interest rate.
