even if the cam is/was mounted to his helmet it should have moved around much more.
It's like it is floating in air it's so smooth.

If you pause it and watch the front tire it is never covered with snow, a tire would pick up some snow.

Have to agree, the camera action doesn't fit with the cyclist action. Also the cyclist is following a previously known trail.
