Local dealer here for kawasaki has a 4 triumphs on the lot.. I took it as new stuff but very retro, no turn signals retro!

Made a comment on it and found I was WRONG These are brand New Old Stock! A tad pricey though.

2012 Triumph Daytona 675 - $10K. Supersport bike, sounds good to me.

I have a 2011 Triumph Speedmaster that actually has an MSRP lower than comparable Honda, H-D and Kawasaki models.

Great bike — especially when compared to my 2007 Honda Shadow.

Is it made in India? The bikes i saw recently were made in England and are very old, but brand new out of the crate.

Which Honda Shadow do you / did you have? Hondas are hard to beat.

Current Bonneville model looks like the old one but the gut are new unlike the sportster which is the same since 50's except engine mounts. I like the look and riding position of Triumph more than HD one. But it is matter of personal preference.
Another english bike, Royal Enfield is made in India, the quality is so-so. However the mechanical part of Enfield is the same as it was 40 y ago unlike the Bonneville. Therefore if somebody knows how to work on old engines and willing to do so- RE is perfect choice. But it is mid XX century engineering.
