Two stroke maybe, offroad (trails) only. Last 250cc two stroke I rode on WA trails had a lot of squirt for-sure, that was small enough for me (180#). I've always been a four-stroke guy but two-strokes surely are a hoot. A modern 250cc four stroke woods bike is almost interesting. KTM 150 XC-W is the closest I'd get to something that small (2-stroke).
Guys, consider that the OP is in Turkey. Probably a very different driving environment than here in the States.
It also depends on the weight of the rider. A 125cc is not going to work well for a big guy over 200 lbs (~90kg) but for a small, light rider it can be OK.
Also depends on the riding environment. Not going to work real well on any sort of highway, but in an urban area, where you will be running through the gears, it could be OK. It would be good in a rural area with not much traffic.
I had one in high school. Bought it brand new in 1976. A Yamaha Enduro. I rode it to school then to my after school job. Thing was heavy and gutless. Top speed was around 55mph, eventually. I used it for 6 months, then had enough to buy a car.
