I'd say don't laugh, but it's the internet. Go ahead...

Is anyone currently making reliable auto's for a bike? Been there and tried a manual before...wrecked and bought a car to drag race (auto/stall)..

Not that I am aware of or would want. Hinda did once in 450ccs of engine and it was a dawg.. A looks like a mc is working on something, but it will be a dawg too.

And you wrecked because if a standard tranny? That seems strange... I have saved my hide with standard trannys many times because when you kick the cogs down you get a reaction.

Dunno about the reliability, but there are a few out there. Note, these may not be true 'autos', but they're at least clutchless.

Aprilia Mana
Honda VFR1200F (auto is an option)
Honda DN-01 (most would say that stands for 'Do Not Own One')

probably more out there, but those are the ones that come to mind. there's also the option of a large CC scooter like the Suzuki Burgman.

The Mana is an 850 and a true auto, with the ability to do manumatic if so desired.

The VFR and FJR both are manumatics (you have to change the gears, just no manual clutch)

Pretty much every scooter is auto/cvt.

I wouldn't want to ride a bike that didn't have a proper gearbox. That's half the fun.

The Honda Silverwing 650cc and Suzuki Burgman with 400 or 600ccs are automatic. I know some fellas up around Hickory NC that have them and pull pop up campers all over the country with them.
