It's one of those new Hollywood type of carbon fiber looking god awful designs they are coming out with that look nothing like they should. Very dark and not in the spirit or tradition that made these characters popular for the last several decades.

You are right...

Somehow, the things that have made these characters popular for nearly 80 years, just doesn't work now.....

Hollywood...

It can't be easy for Superman to maintain a stylish haircut. If the guy can fly into the sun without losing his hair, I really doubt Super Cuts is going to be able to service him. He must have a pair of kryptonite scissors up at the Fortress of Solitude or something.

I still want to know what is wrong with the original suit?

Hollywood does Batman pretty good most of the time, Superman, lately is just...yuck.

Its going to suck. The person who is directing the film is not really that good.

Agreed. Based on his resume, he likes lots of noise and special effects but doesn't spend much time on story and character. However, David Goyer is doing the script, and he's good.

So I'm hoping for the best but not expecting much.

David Goyer,

Yes and No. The majority of the "good" films he wrote were based off comic books. It takes some talent to make it good but all his original stuff like Death Warrent, Kickboxer are not that good. But I mean....this movie is mostly coming from a comic book. So he should do a good job. But remember it is not his original writing or anything. But he still is talented.
