The Naked Gun was pretty funny---Leslie Nieslsens scenes as the umpire were very funny.

Another funny scene was when they had like 15 broadcasters lined up in the broadcast booth.

RIP Leslie Nielsen----you found you niche in comedies in the later stages of your brilliant career.

I also wanted to add a few more gems I remembered:

- Shallow Hal
- Kung-fu Hustle
- Old School
- Spies Like Us

...and not to forget the Pink Panther series with Peter Sellers.

Speaking of Peter Sellers, IMO his masterpiece was: BEING THERE. When I saw it in the theater I couldn't stop laughing. The theater version also had a scene after the cerdits that shows him on the doctors table (In real live filming) having a laughing fit trying to deliver his lines. It has been left out of CD's and Tapes, but everyone in the theater got the giggles.

I loved the Pink Panther series also! I did not like "Spinal Tap" all that much but one scene in it made me laugh till I cried. Add to that:

Foul Play
Meet the Parents
What's Eating Gilbert Grape (it made me both laugh and cry)
Down with Love
Wedding Crashers
Leap Year
Due Date

The last Mr Bean movie had me gutbusting; Hot Shots and Hot Shots 2 got me good too. Paul got some good laughs from me, but it was too raunchy to be a "classic" in my book.

I still can't get through a Monty Python movie without laughing, even though I've seen 'em a million times.

ALL the Mr. Bean movies, or any character Rowan Atkinson plays, are hilarious. The guy is so talented... I literally did cry, with laughter, at last Bean film.
