Not as bad as your grammar. They're not bad. The problem is when you try to produce several animated straight to video movies, you're limited by time and money. Back when they made "Batman and the Mask of the Phantasm", they already had a well oiled writing team, seasoned voice actors, and animation team. Producing the Phantasm movie was relatively easy for them. Currently DC doesn't have any on going animated TV series to draw upon.
