Best ever...unless you don't want to be moved ...probably to tears.
So good.
So much depth into human pain, injustice, past and family connection of souls.
Wow.

It really helped that I love Klimt's paintings!
It was nice at the end they show the real people.
Gee, the lady was very pretty and classy that Helen played.
The editing was excellent, btw...with Helen's flash backs to childhood and
as a young woman.
What a movie.

I love her, I'll definitely have to check it out. Just saw the 100 Foot Journey a few weeks ago. it got mixed reviews, but I really enjoyed it.

Was there a scene in this film where Germans were shooting an MG42 at the artwork whilst yelling, "Seig heil!"?

I mean, really, why not?

Dame Helen is just the best. I absolutely worship her in The Queen and Gosford Park. What a chameleon.

I plan to watch this when it's out on DVD, sounds very good. Watched the monuments men and liked it, has similar ties. Looks like it will be a very interesting movie.

We saw it tonight...and loved it. Helen Mirren was fantastic, as always. Two thumbs up.
