The 2nd '0' could be taken as a 'C', not good. Should someone be fired? Nah, most people wouldn't even notice. I didn't the first time I looked at it.
If a Disney animator wasn't fired for allegedly drawing phallics on the castle and a "boner" on the preacher from The Little Mermaid, then no one should from this poster. It looks entirely accidental and only if you really look close enough. I couldn't several times.
