I don't like movies with graphic rape scenes, and found "Girl with Dragon Tattoo" disturbing. I think graphic rape scenes should not be in movies, mainstream ones.
I had heard about this being one of the most disturbing movies ever made and my curiousity took over,so, I read up on on it.
I deeply regretted doing that, even just knowing the story was haunting.
I can not imagine sitting thru the movie.
I just watched Salo on YouTube and yeah, it is pretty disturbing and beyond disgusting.
Open Water was disturbing to me. The movie's why I don't like to go too far out in the ocean. I'd s**t (excuse my french lol) myself if I got stranded out in the middle of the ocean like that.
Mothman Prophecies.
The Human Centipede (only saw the previews but it was disgusting.)
28 Weeks Later. Find it depressing.
V is for Vandetta. There was a scene with dead bodies being tossed in the ground on top of other dead bodies, like with the Holocaust. The way the bodies were being thrown like ragged dolls was disturbing.

I did he exact thing. Reading was already bad enough, but to watch it??? I can't bring myself to do that.
