I completely forgot the "original" Pollyanna with Haley Mills (I love that movie!). Now that is such a "happy" movie, just gives you a good feeling everytime.
And does anyone remember a sleeper called "The Three Lives of Thomasina" ? It came out in 1964. I remember seeing that as a kid
I love almost any musical done by Disney....except for Pocahontas. Never could get into that one.

I was just thinking I hadn't read a post with Pocahontas in it! I really think in my family it was a flop and never gets picked off the shelf to watch.

Ditto - I've never even seen it all the way through. I know almost all disney movies have some romance in them but this one just seemed like love story with some fighting in the background. I love Vanessa Williams "Colors of the wind" though
Oh and left me clarify what I said about the Mary Poppins remake. I don't remember where I saw it, but it won't be a Disney remake - it'll be like when they remade Cinderella with Brandi & Whitney Houston. The only reason I remember is because Beyonce is lobbying for the part of Mary, as well as Wonder Woman in some upcoming Warner Brothers project. Why can't classics just be left alone?
Ok, we've all been young once and most of us have kids or atleast know kids and have watched Disney movies.
So, what's your favorite?
It's a tie between The Little Mermaid and Toy Story for me.
