What about notting hill with Julia Roberts , the blond guy that was the roommate of her boyfriend ,Hugh something cant remember his last name for the life of me . he is a scot . you have to listen to him real closely but he swears he is not a brit and he is a scot . also the League of Extraordinary Gentleman they had scots in that mainly connery but a few more also right ?

Actually Hugh Grant (her love interest) is British and the blond guy Rhys Ifans (born Rhys Owain Evans 22 July 1967) is a Welsh actor and musician. So neither are Scottish.

the guy in Notting Hill is Welsh, do not mistake the celts for one another, esp. an Englishman, they will get real mad...

I am thinking Shrek - Mike myers does a good scottish accent because his Mom is scottish.

yeah that whole scottish sounding vikings thing kind of weirded me out. But I loved that Dragons movie anyway!
