and we can't figure out why they keep getting hired:

Kirsten Dunst - I just don't get it
Melina Kanakarides
Piper Perabo
Kate Beckinsale - just because she's the daughter of one of Britain's most-loved actors who died way too young doesn't mean she got his talent
Paul Walker - okay he's pretty and we all like to look at him but seriously?
Just about anyone in the original 90210 series

Anyone else wish to chime in?

I cannot believe that you all forgot to add Vin Desiel to the pot. In my opinion, he cannot act worth a nickel. He has the same personality in all of his movies, not very versatile.

Adam Sandler and I find him to be about as funny as getting a root canal done by a sadistic dentist.....IMHO.

Reminds me of that young actor-Michael Cera???- he was in 'Juno', 'Superbad' and 'Nick and Norah's Playlist'...he always plays the same shy, bumbling character, wearing a hoodie 24/7. Time to play somebody new, Mike.
