just rented this the other night. i know it got pretty bad reviews, but i figured you cant always trust the critics. so i decided i'd go ahead and check it out and...
WOW!!!
what a piece of shyte!
did Micheal Bay direct this film, btw? because it seems like less of a story and more of a series of action sequences. just a bunch of **** that happens and a few, i guess humorous, references to the first two Terminator movies.
where the movie made its most obvious turn for the worse: for me, it would have to be the unveiling of the incredibly, extraordinarily, amazingly, ridiculously HOT BABE of an A-10 pilot. i guess that cosmetics are in no short supply in this post-appocolyptic vision.
in fact, i would go so far as to say that the entire premis of this movie is pretty far from the post-appocolypse and the war against the machines imagined in the first two movies. but then, i guess starving and desparation arent sexy enough for this movie.
lastly, Christian Bale has definitely jumped the shark with this movie. I think he did it with The Dark Knight, but with this Terminator movie, there can be no question.
overall, i'd say it was about as good as a Fast and Furious movie.
great job!

You know, I saw it in the theater and for the life of me I can't remember a moment of it. So unforgettable and unmemorable.
That was Christian Bale? I had no idea.

Yup. He played John Connor. His career is going downhill, in my opinion...

You couldn't tell? He had the same voice in a lot of scenes that he uses as the batman.
I thought it was alright.

I thought GI joe should of been as gritty and violent because we grew up watching it the part where reese wakes up and runs into a terminator and it unloads on him with a mini gun was pretty
