Oh wow, such a treat. Smith and Selway had a very distinct sound during this era. Their remix straddles the line between just about every description possible. Gently modulated, filtered pads sweep gently over somewhat linear and techy percussion. The result is both light and dark...a rare find in the world of techno. A breakdown with sultry vocal stabs lend an airy depth to the track.
