I am hoping that someone on here can help me find this song. I warn you I do not know much about it, so here is to hoping it can still be found. I have been looking for it for years, even harder these past few days cause someone asked me if I had found it. I just can not give up the search now.

The song came out right between February of 1989 and July of 1989. I remember that MTV had it on, yeah when they actuall played music videos and not play the reality stuff. Now the reason I do not remember that much is this was the begining of me and my hubby falling in love. The song has a woman singing in it and somewhere in it, around the middle, some guy gets like a whistle solo. I think he was an old man. The song had something to do with love, now for a new love or a lost not sure. I thought I had the name right once and went and got what I thought was it. Sadly it was Lisa Stansfields song Been All Around the World, which I really do like and wanted anyways. I know the two videos were playing at the same time so easy to mess up. Hubby used to have the single but has lost it and can not remember what the song was. I am really hoping someone will know it or at least get me into some other music from the time.

Thanks!
Angela

Google "hit pop songs of 1989" or "top 100 songs of 1989" and see if any of those titles ring any bells. If any of the names/songs may be familiar, check out the song title on You-tube and play the video and see if it's the one you are looking for. Google is your friend - use it!
