Well here's some that were on either the "Easy Listening" charts of the 1960s or the Lawrence Welk show. Not sure if I deem them "square" or not, but the Lawrence Welk Show at least became almost synonymous with "square." I know elderly Republicans who find it dorky.
Although "favorite" was wanted. I like those three songs, but I don't know if I'd deem them favorites. Well "Washington Square" I like pretty well.
Looking through the "Easy Listening charts" of the 1960s and 1970s for songs that might be square I'd say the following might be high among songs I like and possibly favorites in a few cases.
"Sukiyaki/Ue wo Muite Arukō" by Kyu Sakamoto
"Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" by B. J. Thomas
"Rainy Days and Mondays" by The Carpenters
"Dueling Banjos" by Weissberg and Mandell
"Feels so Good" by Chuck Mangione
For possibly squarest songs I've liked "Songbird" by Kenny G and "Love Can Move Mountains" by Celine Dion. I also liked "Baby Baby" by Amy Grant. I may look for videos for some of these in my next post.

I 've heard that banjo tune a hundred times a never new what it was ,now I want to know were Washington Square is
There seems to be several places named "Washington Square" but the song apparently refers to a park in New York City. Not sure the song itself actually is square. For potentially/arguably square or uncool songs.
Washington Square is the heart of Greenich Village, NYC. Back in the day, this was the home to all the Beat coffeehouses (Bleeker Street, etc...) where Dylan, Tom Paxton, John Sebastian and the other folkies would hang out.
MOR when done by a master like Bacharach can really calm and enrich your soul!!
