I have been a fan for what it seems forever and I can post so many songs that I like from them but nothing compares to the artistic genius of "Ordinary World".
Any thoughts?

I did a thread on DD a few years ago

//www.city-data.com/forum/music...ran-duran.html

as you can see from that I am willing and able to post hundreds of songs from them so don't tempt me!

Which is my favourite? Too hard to say because I am such a fan of all of their music and have been since they had their first hit with Planet Earth in 1981 here in Australia (when I was 11 years old). It depends on my mood really but I tend to like the lesser known album tracks better than the songs they release as singles.

a new favourite from their latest album, 'All You Need is Now'...

My favourite band for all of my life so far and probably will be for the rest of it as well.

Another song that I love is "Winter Marches on" from Notorious (1986).

I always thought Tears for fears music was similar but much more interesting than Duran Duran. Other than this: A View To a Kill.
