My heart is broken. I was determined to catch him in concert one more time before he left us, but it never happened. But he enjoyed a good long run in his fabulous career, and I'll always treasure that one great concert that I attended about 20 years ago. Indeed, 'The Thrill Is Gone' but he'll now be performing to his heart's content, pain-free, as much as he wants, in his New Place.
