I find this music very depressing myself, to an extreme degree. But I wonder how others find it. I had my mother listen to it when she was alive. She had found it depressing as well.
I like how it's a blatant ripoff of Chopin. But I love Morricone.
Not going to listen to this if it sounds anything like Chopin. I have to hide sharp objects from myself when I listen to Chopin, the most depressing music I think I've ever heard.
I think it is pretty nice. Doesn't depress me, but I guess it depends where you start and what you want / need.
I liked spaghetti westerns in the deep past with music by guys like this. So I might have started with a favorable view in instead of neutral ears.
The gang graphic might be depressing but if this song was attached to a video of somebody riding a bike down a country lane in autumn I'd call it beautiful.
I don't care about the gang graphic. The song works for me not them in my mind.
It isn't a dance party of smiling pretty people but that isn't always uplifting or wanted.
