1. Mariah Carey (I mean seriously, very unoriginal, awful song writer, isn't a great live performer, lip syncs her shows and has done since the mid 90s for a so called voice, relies on sampling , Tommy did a great job making the biggest thing in the 90s, her body of work is forgettable)
2. Beyonce (pretty much the same reason as I said for Mariah Carey)
3. Janet Jackson (Can't sing, average dancer, copied her brothers styles of music videos, she has two good albums in the 80s, the rest hasn't aged well)
4. Dusty Springfield (Not a great voice, people always claiming this woman was soulful, what soul?!?! Is mostly pop crap, body of work is mostly forgettable)
5. Madonna (A product of her time, she was born at the right time at the right place to own the 80s and 90s, but what talent does she really have? Acting sexual and causing controversy is all she has ever been good at and a very overrated live performer)
You already posted these five artists today in the thread from 2015. Do we really need a thread just for "overrated female artists?" You also left Amy Winehouse off this list compared to the other one.
