We have Buddy Holly to thank for this, but nobody....nobody....matched The Beatles mastery of it.

Better than the Beatles is Jeff Lynne who the Beatles had to hire Jeff the genius to produce and arrange their songs. Jeff LYNNE OF ELO can sing anything. Soul, ballads, southern rock, and good ole rock and roll.

Interesting, which Beatle's albums was Jeff Lynne involved with specifically?

Fact is the Beatles were hyped from day one. There songs , yellow submarine, when I am 64 would never get air play if they were not the first group from the English invasion. No soul there , just old sounding songs. Jeff Lynne can do it all.

Back in the day, the singers who couldn't sing never went anywhere. With AutoTune, crappy singers who are attractive make millions, while talented singers who are plain in appearance go nowhere.

Jeff Lynne produced the Beatles "Free As A Bird" and "Real Love" for the Anthology release in 1995. He produced George's "Cloud 9" LP prior to that, was a member of the Traveling Wilburys with Goerge and later worked on an album with Paul. Lynne's "Armchair Theatre" LP is fantasic.
