Today is another of those special moments when all the generations come together....
::improvising aprons for the youngsters who demand to help in the kitchen...
enthusiastically patting rice krispy treats into balls with nuts, raisins and dried fruit...
lining up the carrot sticks...just so, next to the celery...scooping sour cream into a
mixing bowl in the first step of a favorite dip....
::exclamations from the crowd around a chess board as a teen makes a terrific move...
sound of two guitars drift down the stairway, practicing for a recital later...:::
...drifting to happy memories and special moments...
an international student puts this next one on... dancing and happy shouts
throughout the house... little ones running in place (dancing with sporadic puppet movements...
bouncing from side to side... jerky leaps)... elders laughing until tears roll down their faces...
