While generally recognized as a one-hit wonder, Timbuk 3 did have a follow-on to "The Future's So Bright...", which is even featured at the beginning of the video for "Life Is Hard".
There's no way to put them out here 80s into 90s was the best of all kinds music! Too many good songs and artistes came in that era ranging from pop, rock to heavy metal it was just a mix of all best music!
I never really had much of a feel for 80's music. Saying that i do understand its appeal, bands like Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran and ABC ,looking back i think they all did something that was original which should be respected, whether you like it or not.

Both "Rio" and " The Lexicon of Love" were highly regarded albums when released in 1982 for sure. They still hold up quite well for originality, production values, and creativity.

I definitely agree with you on that one. Duran Duran was always maligned as being a bunch of pretty boys, but the production of Rio is first-rate, the songwriting is excellent, and the band was as tight as it gets. I saw them in 2004 and they still had it. It was interesting to see three generations of Duranies in the audience... 50-something grandmothers with thirty-something moms and tween daughters.
