Anyone recall an 80's band with a song about Americans on vacation?
Partial lyrics: We're on holiday, we're from American. We've just arrived and we want to see the queen. ( repeat first line ), How do you eat that stuff? why do you talk that way ? ( first line again ).
Think it was a punk band. Maye the band was English, too.
Friend's brother was a DJ in college and brought home a huge selection of music I'd never heard before.I was really into alternative music and recall that song quite well. But I never heard it again. Not the radio or on a college station.
