I am from out of town and am getting married at the beach this July.. We are going to have a small reception at the hotel that I have chosen but want to have a fun time maybe dinner on a boat or something that we have not done so far. I can only find one place that does the dinner boat idea. Im sure there have to be others. We love to eat at Drunken Jacks. Are there any other local places that may be off the beaten path or myrtle beaches best kept secret that we could enjoy ourselves at later that evening.. It would be about 15-20 people that are going. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I need all the help I can get

There are no secrets in this tourist town, well, not many...

It may not be what you're looking for, but Plantation River Tours does a nice Waccamaw River dinner cruise by special request. It departs out of Wacca Wache Marina in Murrells Inlet. It's a nice diversion from the beach/ocean, and a beautiful part of the Grand Strand that most people never see.

Hannah Banana's is located in the same marina with a large outdoor deck, and is a fun place to kick back and relax. It's off the beaten path, so the crowds are sometimes a little smaller. In July, it should be a little cooler and a lot less crowded than most of the usual suspects. During the summer, they have live music most nites.

Congrats on the wedding. Hope y'all have a BIG time down here.
