This time of year you are going to be hard pressed to find a hotel for two nights because it is peak season and many hotels have minimum night requirements.
I would try Kingston Plantation. They have the most amenities of any property in Myrtle Beach, excellent location, superbly run resort.
Right now EVERYTHING is pricey. Steer clear of inexpensive motels. More than not they will be weekly housing for indigent and criminals.
