I agree with CarolinaWoman.

Having been in education for 33 years and having watched fads come and go, it's clear to many that The Common Core is not what it claims to be.

It will not raise "standards." For example, it changes subtraction from a simple operation into a complexity that it totally unnecessary. I applaud The Legislature and Governor Haley for signing H3893
