I'm looking for a closing attorney for a condo we are buying in Horry County. I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on who they had when they closed. I see the following list online

I saw the thread and clicked on it, read the post on Murray's Law Offices in LR and was going to recommend Jennifer Miller in Carolina Forest office. You beat me to it
Just used her to buy a house in the Forestbrook area. If you go through her and CF office you get the added benefit of their paralegal, CATHERINE. Catherine is one dynamo who will make sure every I is dotted and every T is crossed.
What do closing costs usually run down there? My parents are closing on a 3 bdrm house in Carolina Forrest area in December what can we expect, and about how much is the lawyers fee there?
Beach bound - didn't they get a good faith estimate of those fees ?
