Ok, found out the campus that our middle child will be going to is down by the Market Commons-sounds like it's near the old Air Force base for the EMT/Paramedic program at Georgetown Tech. So since we've always stayed down in Surfside-for 17 years at Pirateland, she'll be better off on that side of things.
So anyone know of good apartments in that area of Surfside/ Garden City? She's only looking for a studio. I guess we'll have to see what the rent will be. She's going to be looking for work there too at golf courses.
As for apartments in the Surfside / Garden City area, I can't think of any. That being said there are plenty of rentals. They are just individually owned condos and not "apartment" buildings.
