I am thinking of building in loris, sc. can anyone tell me about that area. I know it is rural but it is close to myrtle beach and much less expensive to live.

We have a place at Barefoot Resort...and whenever I pull up the weather, it shows me in Loris! (I think the back gate is actually in Loris!!!) Yes...the further inland you go, the more rural it is, but it's really not far from the "action"!
