We are coming from South Florida, and are hoping we can relocate there. We are in touch with a realtor, but either she doesn't listen, doesn't care or has nothing to offer (which I doubt), she sends properties that don't match at all our needs.

We are now in Charleston, my husband "raised a bit his voice" 2 days ago, to no avail. We will be there on Sunday and Monday, that's all. So it is very urgent that we have someone who will show us the most possible properties.

I am afraid the girl my husband contacted long ago is too young. Does someone recommend a good one. We are motivated buyers and would hate to lose our time.

Thanks a lot

Contact Donna Simon in NMB or Jack Welde in the Litchfield/pawleys island area.

Default Watermark

Ask for Jay at Watermark. He found us a really nice place in Murrells Inlet and has gone the extra mile after the sale. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a place on the Grand Strand.

Thank you very much, I am sure Jay is very good... just that we need a large city to live, and the MB area is not what we are looking for (we spent 2 days there and Shabbycasa referred us a very professional realtor). Charleston would be perfect, we loved it.
