Has anyone bought a used home at barefoot? did you have a lot of problems i.e. roof, hvac, siding, windows????? all these houses are less than 15 years old and should not have these problems

I bought a used home in 2006 (Longbridge section of Barefoot) that was built in 2002 and lived there until 2012. Had to replace the heat pump in 2011, the "builder grade" Lennox unit was garbage and kept freezing over then started leaking coolant. Other than that had zero issues with the home.
