If I were you, I'd march right back into that repair shop and demand my money back for that faulty repair order. Very clearly it failed to uphold the promise they made you that it exempts you from needing to obey the speed limit, and therefore you can bring them before the supreme court if they fail to make it right. In the south we have a name for those repair orders, we call them the bigdummypapers.
