Beth, where are they located? Do they have a website or do you by chance have a contact number? A google search didn't bring anything up.

Thank you!

Depends where you are from! CA - yes - go to Modesto Mills.

New England (NH, VT, ME) - NADA - Green Mountain/Blue Shield - Neither truly organic as they use SOY. Soy being the biggest subsidized crop in the US. Chickens do not need soy or fish meal - both are cheaper then a true organic product! Peas, etc. would be way better!

So, is anyone in NH, southern VT, southern ME, or northern/western MA interested in raising their chickens truly organic? Minus fish meal (mercury) or soy (in the top 3 allergy groups!)?

Soy takes two weeks to come out of the eggs once you switch their diet from what I have read!

All eggs are gluten free - based on their species (animals digestive systems contribute to this!). So wheat does not appear an issue. Also some wheat, etc., is more gluten free then others.

I don't own chickens and ducks for PRODUCTION. I own them because I want a healthy diet and help my neighbors/customers.

If you are with me and want a TRULY organic diet please contact me at lifelongnomad@hotmail. com

My feed store cannot condone the prices from CA because there is no demand here, in the North East. I don't believe that - I believe people really don't understand the labels!

I will be happy to hear from you. CA is way ahead of us on this!

Thanks!
